At R J Hill Homes we run as cost effectively as possible with no showhomes or large offices as overheads which essentially means that we can work efficiently to give our clients the best possible price. We use our own specialist tradesman and have excellent relationships with both them and our suppliers which keeps costs lower.
Design Process & Affordability
The design process allows you to spend money on exactly what you have planned for your dream home, whether it be a stunning pool or a luxurious entertainment area. Our aim is to find ways to help our clients achieve their goals whilst keeping within a budget and this is why we know the importance of early engagement. The earlier the contact the better the outcome. The quality of workmanship will always be to a high standard and we are here to advise on best ways to use space and reduce costs during this stage.
Education
We pride ourselves on excellent communication and customer service which enables us to build good relationships with our clients. Understanding costs at an early stage in the project is paramount and we are here to guide and assist you when making certain choices in the design process. Our Director Rik ensures that he engages closely with the clients at each stage but especially this stage so that he can assist where required to make smart and affordable choices.
